Saturday Club Run: Marina Green Triangle
Summer is here and the weather is looking beautiful! Once again, all are welcome. So members, be a good neighbor/friend and invite them to join us, whether they're ready/interested in joining the club or not!
If you're not a club member, and haven't run with us before, please come join us for a test run.
We have pace groups from 7:30 min/mile to 11:00 min/mile, so there are plenty at your speed. We'll have routes or 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18 miles. Also, take note that the 9min/mile groups and up do a 1 minute walk every 8 minutes.
