Saturday Club Run: Crissy Field East Beach

If you're not a club member, and haven't run with us this year, come join us for a test run. We have pace groups from 7:00 min/mile to 11:00 min/mile, so there are plenty at your speed. We'll also have routes or 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 miles and longer. Also, take note that the 9min/mile groups and up do a 1 minute walk every 8 minutes.

Thanks to your enjoyment with the location, we're headed back to Crissy Field East Beach for a third time. Once again, all are welcome. So members, be a good neighbor/friend and invite them to join us, whether they're ready/interested in joining the club or not! Or others, just come run with us. We'll meet for the start of the run on the paved patio at the end of the Bay promenade by the water (nearest the yacht club).




Thanks to a new Club Sponsorship agreement with Ample (a nutritious, full drinkable meal made from real food ingredients you can trust) each one of our runners & guests will have a full meal replacement drink after.  Afterwards we'll have an spot nearer to the Crissy Field Center for everyone to gather and try Ample if they so choose. Cheers to a good run and healthy meal!

We'll have meals/formulas available for free and nutritionists from the company will be joining us too!

Please park in the Crissy Field East Beach area. Look for us on the paved patio next to the water near the east end of East Beach.



We'll have the (3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 miles) routes posted closer to the run day.

As Always... pace groups from 7 min/mile to 11 min/mile, plus walking group.
From 9 min/mile up, we use a run/walk strategy (run for 8 minutes, walk for 1 minute).
