Saturday Club Run: A Runners Mind

Join us for a special breakfast run - pancakes and much more. The run begins at 7:45 am. YES - All are welcome. If you are a member, invite your running friends. If not a member, you are invited and very welcome too. 

So mark your calendar - run with us for a day.  And then, Join the San Francisco Road Runners. :)

NOTE: We have pace groups from 7:00 min/mile to 11:00 min/mile, so there are plenty at your speed. We'll also have routes or 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14 miles and longer. Also, take note that the 9min/mile groups and up do a 1-minute walk every ~8 minutes.
