Come one, come all! Please come to catch up with old friends, meet new friends, run together, support one another and to simply enjoy each other's company.

• We will be gathering at 8:00 am at the Ocean Beach Parking Lot (Stairwell #17), across the street from The Beach Chalet. Here is the start location: google map
  
• There will be approximately 10 pace groups distributed from 14-16 min/mile to 7:30 min/mile. We have 3 brand new pace groups: 10:30 min/mi, 12-13 min/mi, and 14-16 min/mi. In addition, we have added continuous run options to all pace groups from 9:00 to 11:00 min/mi. If you prefer a continuous pace to a run/walk, then this is for you!
  

• For non-members who would like to try a test run with us first before joining, please arrive at 7:45 am to sign a waiver and get situated.  You can also sign the waiver online before arriving!
