#6 Shelter-in-place Athlete's Lab / Yoga for Runners

: Join our community gathering of movement & conditioning (25-45 participants have been joining)

Our session will begin at 6pm. We'll email you a live Zoom session link at 5:50pm on Thursday - watch your computer.
In our continued efforts to keep the SFRRC community connected and healthy we are delighted to return for our third week during San Francisco's shelter-in-place Public Health Order. The format is not going to be "yoga" per se by itself, but rather an hour of conditioning, movement, and stretching led by an amazing yoga instructor and runner/coach - Jenny Maier.
This week's focus
:
Core strength and lower leg, ankle, and foot focus
(but will still be a "full body" session)
Participants will need a myofascial release ball (or GOLF ball if they have one), a theraband or resistance band (if people don't have it don't worry, they can also do it with a belt from a robe, dog leash or yoga strap and a blanket or sweatshirt to sit on.
