#3 Shelter-in-place Athlete's Lab / Yoga for Runners, via Zoom

SFRRC Members:  Join our community gathering of movement and conditioning (50 participants joined last week)
Register to the Right:  You have to log-in first (Registration Closes on Thursday at 5:30pm)
Our session will begin at 6pm. We'll email you a live Zoom session link at 5:45pm on Thursday - watch your computer.

In our continued efforts to keep the SFRRC community connected and healthy we are delighted to return for our third week during San Francisco's shelter-in-place Public Health Order. The format will again be ever so slightly different. It is not going to be "yoga" per se by itself, but rather an hour of conditioning, movement, and stretching led by an amazing yoga instructor and runner/coach - Jenny Maier. This week's focus: Hamstring Mobility and Strength 

Participants will need a foam roller or something similar, one myofascial release ball (or tennis ball or something similar) and a strap (or a belt or theraband or something to act as a strap).
