NEWCOMERS: If you're new, please try to arrive by 7:35am to sign a waiver and so we can help you find the right pace group. We have a wide range of pace groups ranging from 7:30 minutes per mile to 11:00 minutes per mile. Runners in each pace group have options of 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 miles. We map the routes in advance.... some will be available via Strava too. Special note: the 9min/mile groups and up do a 1-minute walk every ~5-8 minutes.
