Hello SFRRC Members, Friends and Family! SFRRC is participating in the 2019 Treadmill Challenge supporting Back on My Feet (BoMF) San Francisco
...in Pacifica. You asked (for a fall camp) we listened. Tentative details: Morning run begins at 8:30 am. Post-run, hone in your long-board surfing on a very gentle/beginner break. OR play some good frisbee. OR just relax on the sand. OR play beach paddle ball. Lunch, two-afternoon talks on running (best practices/tips, new training developments that SFRRC is incorporating and that you should bring into your training/runs), yoga for runners (with good hope with the awesome Jenny Maier can lead us), evening run/shakeout jog at 4:30pm and dinner.
Join us as we continue our Movie Nights... hosted by our Boston Marathon captain Alejandra. This showing takes place on the top of one of the beautiful residential buildings in downtown San Francisco. More to come!
