between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.

Everyone is welcome to try us out and hang out! Run, have fun, eat a delicious brunch and meet a bunch of friends!
We will also have awesome partners joining us, including Barry‘s, Altra, Stretch Lab, and Renew PT. Bring your lightly-used running shoes to donate to Sneakers 4 Good!
Join us virtually on Monday, Jan 27th (6-7 pm) for our first Runners’ Strength & Mobility session of the New Year! Run coach and movement specialist, Jenny Maier, will lead us through a series of yoga inspired strengthening exercises/stretches designed to help build and support strong muscles for injury free running.
As always, there‘ll be time at the end of class for Jenny to answer any questions you have about specific concerns you might be experiencing with your running and exercises that might help address those issues. The Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants by 5:30 pm on the day of class.
