The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.

What: SFRRC Fall Potluck! Come spend time with all of your SFRRC friends to kick off the holiday season.
Date: Saturday, November 9th
Time: 5pm-8pm
Where: Neon @ 1974 Union Street. This is a coworking & event space in the Marina. There‘s an indoor space and large outdoor garden, so let‘s hope for great weather!
Bring: Whatever your heart desires! Desserts, casseroles, salads, GUs?, etc. While it would be fun if these were homemade, please don‘t let that stop you from attending! We know everyone is busy and store-bought is definitely welcome.
RSVP: No cost to attend. Please RSVP to this event so we have a better idea of the number attending. SFRRC will be sponsoring beverages and supplemental goodies!

Join us via Zoom for another great Runner‘s Strength & Mobility session with run coach and mobility specialist, Jenny Maier! Jenny will lead us through a series of strengthening exercises and stretches designed to help support strong, injury free running. Optional props to have on hand: a yoga block (or a stack of books), any free weight and/or small loop resistance band. If you don‘t have these items, don‘t worry, they aren‘t necessary to do the class; they just add an additional layer of challenge, if you want.
As always, there‘ll be time at the end of class for Jenny to answer any questions you have about specific concerns you might be experiencing with your running and exercises that might help address those issues. The Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants by 5:30 pm on the day of class.
