Join us for another special evening of Yoga for Runners!

We are super excited to continue our "Yoga for Runners" evenings for club members. This evening's session will be focused on single leg stability and balance.

It's our honor to welcome back Jenny Maier (our camp "Yoga for Runners" instructor) |  jennymaieryoga.com  |  We are so happy to have Jenny as another partner in our commitment to runners’ health, performance, and enjoyment of the sport. 

Our location will again be the newly opened (August 2019) APEX Physical Therapy - San Francisco. They have graciously allowed us to use their beautiful BRAND NEW space (just across from Ghirardelli Square). Parking should be somewhat ok - free after 7pm. APEX SF's managing partner Erica is a highly sought after elite sports and orthopedic physical therapist in her native Bay Area and has gathered together the best team there is to keep athletes healthy and bring them back to their feet running. Thanks to Erika and team for opening their home to us!

Our Yoga session will begin at 6:35pm. 

Mark your calendar and come join us. If the weather is particularly amazing, we will walk to the Aquatic Park amphitheater and do our yoga there overlooking the bay. Please bring your yoga mat if you have one. We will have some extras for those who don't have.
