Yoga for Runners - Runner's Recovery with Jenny Maier (virtual & free for our Members)
About this event
Join us virtually on Monday, March 31 (6-7 pm) for our next Runners’ Strength & Mobility session! Run coach and movement specialist, Jenny Maier, will lead us through a series of yoga inspired strengthening exercises/stretches designed to help build and support strong muscles for injury free running.
As always, there‘ll be time at the end of class for Jenny to answer any questions you have about specific running concerns you may be experiencing and suggest exercises that could help address them. The Zoom link for the virtual class will be sent to all registered participants by 5:30 pm on the day of class.
