Saturday Club Run: Marina Green Triangle

We're headed back to one of our favorite run locations this Saturday. And our friends from nuun will be joining us too with nutrition tablets and other goodies for all. 

If you're not a club member, and haven't run with us this year, come join us for a run. We have pace groups from 7:30 min/mile to 11:00 min/mile, so there are plenty at your speed. We'll also have routes or 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 miles and longer. Please take note that the for the 9 min/mile up, we use a run/walk strategy (run for 8 minutes, walk for 1 minute).
